Internal Details

High Rigidity & Superior Vibration Suppression

The bed casting of horizontal machining centers features a closed box-shaped grid reinforcing rib layout, integrally cast with an extended wide horizontal base and large-section columns to greatly boost the machine’s bending and torsional rigidity. Optimized for the HMC’s working scenarios including side boring, deep hole boring and heavy-duty multi-face milling, it fully absorbs cutting chatter. Dimension accuracy can be stably maintained under heavy and interrupted cutting conditions, effectively eliminating machining defects such as tool chatter and out-of-tolerance hole coaxiality.

Horizontal Machining Center Castings

Integral High-Grade Cast Iron Blanks, Multiple Aging Treatments to Prevent Long-Term Deformation

All core load-bearing components of the machine, including the bed, column, saddle and headstock, are integrally poured from high-grade grey cast iron. After rough machining, the castings undergo combined multiple vibration aging and artificial aging procedures to completely release residual internal stress of large horizontal castings. No permanent frame deformation occurs during long-term mass boring and milling, consistently sustaining stable machining precision of the machine tool over years of service.

BRT Rotary Table

Driven by servo motor through worm-and-worm gear pair and positioned by circular grating, this rotary table enables 4-axis simultaneous machining. Clamping and unclamping are hydraulically controlled for improved reliability, with a minimum indexing angle of 0.001°

Worktable

The worktable structure has undergone finite element static structural analysis, dynamic analysis and topology optimization analysis, delivering excellent rigidity

ATC+ Large-Capacity Tool Magazine

Multi-spec chain tool magazine: 60-station single chain, 80/120-station dual chain

Pre-tool selection design for rapid tool change & high efficiency

Large cutter storage for complex multi-operation mass machining

The X, Y and Z axis coordinate guides adopt high-rigidity roller linear motion guides with excellent load-bearing capacity. The linear motion guides with retainer cages extend the service life of the guides by 2.4 times

Hollow Forced Cooling X/Y/Z Ball Screws for Stable High-Speed Machining

The X/Y/Z hollow forced-cooled ball screws feature central oil passages with real-time temperature regulation. They minimize thermal deformation, enhance torsional rigidity, cut worktable inertia and deliver stable precision. With a maximum rapid traverse rate of 54 m/min, the machine greatly shortens production time and improves efficiency.
