The Engineering Team Behind Our Guides
The technical guides on this site are written and reviewed by the engineering departments of Dalian Dahui Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (DAHUIMT). This page explains who does what, and the two checks every guide must pass before it is published.
Who writes the guides
Machine design engineers
They write the technical explainers — kinematics, structure, tolerances, drive and spindle selection. Any statement about a specific model series is checked against the product families on our certifications page, so a guide never claims more than the documents support.
Process and assembly engineers
They are responsible for installation, levelling, commissioning, maintenance and repair content. The procedures in our guides are the same procedures we run on our own machines in Dalian, not transcribed from generic handbooks.
Test and quality engineers
They run the in-house tests and measurements that the figures in the guides refer to, including the tests recorded in the reports behind our verification documents. If a number in a guide cannot be traced to one of those tests, it does not get published.
The two checks before publication
Evidence check
Every figure is traced to our own machining, assembly or test work. A value that depends on the buyer’s part, material or setup is stated that way — the guide says “on your part” instead of printing a borrowed number.
Claims check
No certification or capability statement goes live unless the supporting document is listed on our certifications page. If a document does not exist, the guide does not mention the claim.
How to work with us
The same team answers technical questions from buyers. Send the part drawing, the material and the tolerance — and the machine model if you already have one — and you will get an answer from the people who built the machine, not from a sales script.
