1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Dalian Dahui Machine Tool Co., Ltd. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site is not a binding offer

Product descriptions, technical data, drawings, capacities and images on this site are provided for information. Our machines are built to order and the configuration can be changed to suit a customer’s process. Nothing on this site is a binding offer: a contract exists only when we confirm an order in writing and both parties have signed it. Where this website and a signed contract differ, the signed contract governs.

3. Quotations and orders

A quotation states its validity period, the delivery basis (such as FOB or CIF), the scope of supply and what is excluded. Prices do not include import duties, local taxes, or installation and commissioning work carried out on your site.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, photographs, drawings and other content of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may print or download material in order to evaluate or purchase our machines. You may not republish, resell or otherwise use it commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from the use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Dalian, China, unless a signed contract provides otherwise.
