Internal Details

CK series one‑piece lathe bed casting is made of premium gray cast iron. Optimized internal rib structure delivers outstanding vibration‑damping performance. Guideway surfaces are heat‑treated for high wear resistance. The casting goes through stress‑relieving aging treatment to minimize deformation risk during long‑term operation, offering a rigid and stable foundation for heavy‑duty turning

Main motor directly coupling with head-stock
The main motor is directly connected with vari-able-speed shaft by the elastic coupler, whichcan effectively avoid the power loss caused bythe structure of traditional and synchronousbelts, and ensure the output torque of spindlegearbox and power output of machine.

 

High accuracy head-stock

The internal gears in the head-stock are all 40Crforged gears with ground teeth.Shafts arespline structure with tight fit, high accuracy andlow noise. The head-stock is lubricated auto-matically by the oil pump unit.The spindleadopts the principle of 4 points unloadingsup-port to guarantee the head-stock stability.

he cutting tool carriage of machine is originallyfrom shenyang factory. Relying on the variablespeed mechanism of sliding box to control bothXand Z axis and fast and slow movement oftool carriage by frequency conversion.

Closed-type roll rest with 4 columns

In order to meet with different customersrequests of different work-plece length,weight and machining process,our companydesigned various closed-type roll rest with 4columns and many different kinds of specialdesigned fixtures.

Open-type center rest

The open-type center rest is used for reducingthe deformation of head-stock and tail-stockmain shafts during heavy cutting process orreplacing the tail-stock when the center is notsuitable for machining the long work-plece.

Dual dovetail rails + Flat rail for machine
base + anti-backward of tail-stock

The guide rail of machine base is designed a kind of dual dovetail rails with positioning
function used for positioning movement of both sliding plate and tail-stock. It has high position-ing accuracy and stable movement.
The tail-stock has anti-backward device to ensurethe high strength clamping force.

The machine bed is a kind of 4 guide railsstructure to meet with heavy cutting request.The machine base adopts lateral chip removalstructure with 45 ° angle of inclination, which isvery convenient to collect the iron chips. The 4sides of machine base are one-piece castingswith recycling tank for recycling the cooling waterand grease oil.
