Built with finite-element optimized heavy cast iron bed and rigid guideways, YK31 CNC gear hobbing machines offer superior rigidity for heavy cutting and precision gear production. Standard SIEMENS 828D CNC system (FANUC optional) integrated with EGB electronic gearbox enables accurate indexing and differential movement, securing reliable long-run performance.

Suitable for spur gears, helical gears, worms and spline shafts. Widely used for gear manufacturing in wind power, automotive, construction machinery and metallurgical sectors。

Box-way Worktable

High-rigidity cast iron worktable with standard T-slots for flexible workpiece clamping. Combined with three-axis box-way layout, it features superior load capacity, enhanced motion stability and effectively minimizes machining deformation under heavy loads.
Three-axis servo motors are directly coupled to high-precision ball screws via flexible couplings, eliminating intermediate transmission links for backlash-free drive. The optimized main support structure reliably carries all transmission components, ensuring stable high-speed operation even under heavy cutting conditions. It reduces auxiliary time and significantly boosts overall machining productivity.

 

C3 Grade Pre-stretched Ball Screw (THK ball screw is available as optional upgrade)

Standard equipped with C3 precision ball screws with exclusive pre-stretching manufacturing process, which effectively minimizes thermal expansion-induced precision loss caused by screw heat generation, upgrades overall machine accuracy, and improves anti-deformation performance & long-term precision retention.

The Y-axis rear guard is upgraded from single-layer to inclined double-layer structure for improved rigidity and anti-deformation performance. Equipped with integrated chip flushing function, it effectively avoids chip buildup inside the guard and lowers breakdown rate of the protective cover.

Upgraded Hinged Belt Chip Conveyor

Adopts automatic hinged belt chip removal to cut labor cost for manual chip cleaning and downtime loss. The optimized flow design prevents cutting fluid from directly dripping into the water tank; coolant flows into the tank after precise filtration, stopping fine chips from entering and clogging the tank to ease maintenance.
