Heavy-Duty Gantry Machining Centers for Large Frame & Chassis Parts

Constructed with FEA-optimized heavy cast iron base and full rigid guideways, CNC XKW gantry machining centers feature superior rigidity for heavy cutting. Covering moving beam, moving column and double gantry models, they adopt high-torque gear spindles and heavy-load tables to precisely machine chassis, machinery frames and large welded parts, with various ATC magazines for long-term stable multi-process machining.

This high-performance gantry machining center is engineered for heavy-duty processing of large structural workpieces. Equipped with physical temperature control structure paired with advanced thermal insulation technology, it effectively lowers thermal expansion of the spindle box and secures stable machining precision throughout the cutting process.

ATC+ Large-Capacity Tool Magazine

Equipped with pre-tool selection function, the ATC enables faster tool change to shorten auxiliary machining time and boost processing efficiency.

The 24-station large-capacity magazine accommodates cutting tools for sophisticated multi-operation machining and improves overall machine utilization rate.

Box-way Worktable

High-rigidity cast iron worktable with standard T-slots for flexible workpiece clamping. Combined with three-axis box-way layout, it features superior load capacity, enhanced motion stability and effectively minimizes machining deformation under heavy loads.
Three-axis servo motors are directly coupled to high-precision ball screws via flexible couplings, eliminating intermediate transmission links for backlash-free drive. The optimized main support structure reliably carries all transmission components, ensuring stable high-speed operation even under heavy cutting conditions. It reduces auxiliary time and significantly boosts overall machining productivity.

 

C3 Grade Pre-stretched Ball Screw (THK ball screw is available as optional upgrade)

Standard equipped with C3 precision ball screws with exclusive pre-stretching manufacturing process, which effectively minimizes thermal expansion-induced precision loss caused by screw heat generation, upgrades overall machine accuracy, and improves anti-deformation performance & long-term precision retention.

Upgraded Y-axis Rear Guard with Chip Flushing Device

The Y-axis rear guard is upgraded from single-layer to inclined double-layer structure for improved rigidity and anti-deformation performance. Equipped with integrated chip flushing function, it effectively avoids chip buildup inside the guard and lowers breakdown rate of the protective cover.

Upgraded Hinged Belt Chip Conveyor

Adopts automatic hinged belt chip removal to cut labor cost for manual chip cleaning and downtime loss. The optimized flow design prevents cutting fluid from directly dripping into the water tank; coolant flows into the tank after precise filtration, stopping fine chips from entering and clogging the tank to ease maintenance.

The series of CNC fixed beam gantry boring and milling machine, using column beam integrateddesign, configuration of high rigid large torque spindle and high dynamic response drive system,easy to operate, flexible, safe and reliable, can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, rail transit,automobile, mold and other mechanical processing fields.

·The machine adopts high rigidity gantry frame structure, the important parts are made of resin sandcastings, and after two manual aging treatment, has enough static and dynamic rigidity and goodaccuracy retention

·The three axes of the machine adopt high precision double nut preload roller screw, and prestretch,strong transmission rigidity, stable and reliable precision.

·X/Y axis adopts heavy-duty linear guide rail (roller) structure, Z axis adopts rectangular hard railstructure, Z axis is equipped with double nitrogen liquid balance cylinder, small motion inertia, fastresponse speed.

·Machine spindle adopts Taiwan high rigidity spindle unit, long service life, high reliability, optionalgear head drive or spindle motor direct transmission structure
