Roller linear guides come as standard for three axes: featuring high load capacity to improve anti-vibration performance during heavy-torque cutting, alongside responsive acceleration and superior positioning accuracy. Ball linear guides are available as an alternative option for high-speed applications despite relatively higher frictional resistance. The Z-axis adopts six slider blocks while the Y-axis employs a four-guideway layout for enhanced structural rigidity.

Box guideways are optional configuration: excellent shock resistance and ultra-high rigidity, ideal for heavy-duty rough cutting with large cutting depth and big feed rate. It features stable cutting performance and outstanding vibration damping capacity to absorb strong cutting impact. Thickened cast iron base greatly boosts overall structural stiffness and long-term precision retention during continuous heavy-load machining.

Wide Span “Y” Column

The wide-span “Y” column is fastened to machine bed with ultra-high connection rigidity tomeet stiffness requirements under heavy cutting load. Besides, widened Z-axis guide span effectivelyenhances the machine’s machining stability.

High-Strength Integrally Cast Machine Bed

The spiral chip trough is integrally cast together with the bed to increase bed weight and lower the machine’s overall center of gravity. Optimized internal rib layout improves anti-deformation performance, while an extended Y-axis guide span boosts bed rigidity and overall machine stability.

 

 

Thermally Symmetric Structure

The spindle head features a thermally symmetric structural design to enhance controllability of thermal deformation. Equipped with physical temperature control structure paired with advanced thermal insulation technology, it effectively lowers thermal expansion of the spindle box and secures stable machining precision throughout the cutting process.

ATC+ Large-Capacity Tool Magazine

Equipped with pre-tool selection function, the ATC enables faster tool change to shorten auxiliary machining time and boost processing efficiency.

The 24-station large-capacity magazine accommodates cutting tools for sophisticated multi-operation machining and improves overall machine utilization rate.

T-slot worktable

High-rigidity cast iron worktable with standard T-slots for flexible workpiece clamping; paired with three-axis direct-drive layout to boost load capacity, optimize movement stability and effectively reduce machining deformation.

The three-axis servo motors are directly coupled to high-precision ball screws via flexible couplings to eliminate intermediate transmission links and achieve backlash-free drive. Optimized main support structure reliably bears all transmission components.It ensures stable high-speed machine operation, cuts auxiliary time and improves overall machining productivity.

 

C3 Grade Pre-stretched Ball Screw (THK ball screw is available as optional upgrade)

Standard equipped with C3 precision ball screws with exclusive pre-stretching manufacturing process, which effectively minimizes thermal expansion-induced precision loss caused by screw heat generation, upgrades overall machine accuracy, and improves anti-deformation performance & long-term precision retention.

Class P Three-Axis Ball Linear Guideways

Comes standard with high-rigidity roller linear guides. The guide blocks feature identical rated load capacity across all four loading directions, delivering high load-bearing capacity for the machine tool and boosting overall structural rigidity.

Upgraded Y-axis Rear Guard with Chip Flushing Device

The Y-axis rear guard is upgraded from single-layer to inclined double-layer structure for improved rigidity and anti-deformation performance. Equipped with integrated chip flushing function, it effectively avoids chip buildup inside the guard and lowers breakdown rate of the protective cover.

Upgraded Hinged Belt Chip Conveyor

Adopts automatic hinged belt chip removal to cut labor cost for manual chip cleaning and downtime loss. The optimized flow design prevents cutting fluid from directly dripping into the water tank; coolant flows into the tank after precise filtration, stopping fine chips from entering and clogging the tank to ease maintenance.
